Growing up in the age of social media means we are constantly exposed to aesthetically pleasing pictures, which often leads us to continuously compare our lives to others. However, I am trying to shift this negativity by showing a more positive and realistic lifestyle on social media, in the hope that as I begin to love and accept myself for who I am. I am definitely not in the end game just yet, but I have overcome a lot of anger, anxiety  and childhood trauma. So if I can help other women do the same, then I have done my part in this beautiful world. So if you’re not in your own end game don’t worry, neither am I!

The journey to self-love is a marathon, not a sprint! It’s always healthy to have goals as something to strive for, but set realistic goals to avoid the feeling of failure. Remember, even if you had made one small difference each day, you’ve at least got your foot in the door for the start of a better life! And do it because you want to, not because you feel you HAVE to. So I will be sharing, innovative tips and tricks to enhance our daily routines, develop ourselves and starting the process of loving yourself.
